The Team: Made up of girls, the team undergoes trainings that challenge them both physically and mentally. Through these trainings, the girls are taught the importance of teamwork!

Trainings can be done creatively anywhere in school. See the girls learning the blocking skill with their target in front of the technical building!

All lined up for action!

Activities:

The girls attended a 2-day Combined Sports Camp together with Hockey, Track & Field and Table–tennis in May 2011. The theme of the camp was Olympism, imparting the values of Respect, Friendship and Excellence-  to the sports teams.

During the camp, the girls were divided into several teams taking part in several sports-related activities.

On the second day of the camp, the girls, together with the other campers, went for a Guided Nature Walk cum CIP at the Henderson Waves. This was very enriching for them as they got to learn more about the tress and plants as they clean up the area.

Trainings are held twice a week on every Wednesday at 2pm - 4.30pm and Friday at 1pm - 3.30pm!
