During World Water Day, our students made a sculpture at the Jurong Lake out of 11,121 used plastic water bottles to represent the 4,560 litres of water consumed on average by a Singaporean over 30 days. 

In recognition our our efforts, we received the certificate from the Singapore Book of Records for the largest plastic water bottle art installation.

The PUB estimated that Singapore's water demand could double from 400 million gallons a day now to almost 800 million gallons each day by 2060. PUB aims to have the means to produce at least 80 per cent of Singapore's water demand by 2060 by reclaiming used water and treating sea water.
